After nine years in managing positions at international companies, I accepted an offer  to work as an  Executive Recruiter for a consulting company in L.A., California. Soon after, this field became my passion and hobby. I realized this is the work I was  waiting for my entire life and as long as I know that I am able to provide high quality service in this area, I will fully dedicate  myself to this profession. After almost four years of participating in interesting recruiting projects for companies like Paramount, CBS, Yamaha MC, Capital Group or ITG.com, I have decided to focus on the Czech / CEE market. Because of my own experience with Executive Search and recruiting agencies in the Czech republic,  I as well as others, have realized there is still room for quality improvement in this industry. Therefore, I established my own boutique Executive search Firm in 2008.

Since the very beginning, I have cooperated with several significant clients from various industries. I have successfully filled positions and been given positive feedback from these clients, who have reassured me, that I have the right approach.

I received a doctorate in psychology from Charles University, Prague and completed further post graduate studies at Barry University, Miami, Florida. After years of practicing psychology, I devoted my time to translating and PR activities. In January 1990 I joined the Office of the President and was named the Head of the Press Department of the administration of President Václav Havel. Later, I left for the United States on the invitation of the White House and the USIA and completed intensive studies in public and international relations. Since 1992 I have lived in the US, where for over ten years I worked as Director of Admissions and Guidance in educational institutions in Florida. Among my duties were the coordination of admissions, psychological evaluation and the coordination of standardized testing. My later work with younger generations of leaders and experts increasingly led me to the question of values and their role in the life of man and society. I started to cooperate with the two leading scientific organizations in Atlanta, Georgia, that use the method of the Values Inventory and focus on values-based leadership. The purpose is to work with executive managers and organizations and focus on identifying and fostering core values, which have a direct impact on their performance and that of their teams and companies. Recently, I have concentrated on Executive Coaching and consulting activities in the area of leadership development and work & life balance achievement using this method. In Krajíček & Associates, I am responsible for consulting projects and conducting the Values Inventory assessment of candidates in the evaluation process.

As a partner at executive search firm Krajíček & Associates, I have the opportunity to apply my seven years of experience in the field of HR and recruitment from the perspective of a client as well as the agency. In the past, I was involved in start-up projects and I also spearheaded the expansion department in a well-known company. During my career I have always welcomed and appreciated new challenges so apart from HR and recruitment field, I had a chance to get acquainted with the management of acquisitions, development projects and facility management. My rich and diversified professional experience gave me the opportunity to compare different fields and I realized that recruitment was the right direction for my future career development. Since I like to manage projects with maximum care and individual approach, Executive search was the obvious choice for me on this path. Nowadays the companies more than ever require the best talents available, so it is my pleasure to connect top performers with the top companies we represent.
