Since we at Krajíček and Associates  don’t like long and homogenous presentations any more than our client do (time is precious)  we have put together a few brief points about the way we work, so you can simply and quickly evaluate whether we are the appropriate partner  for you.


Partnership as a basis of collaboration
“Only as many clients as we can fully accommodate ”  is the motto of Krajíček and Associates. This empowers us to cooperate with you, not only on a supply-side basis, but especially on a more complex basis with full responsibility. By coordinating the entire project with your input, we take the burden away from you, yet provide you with information at key communication points. This way you play the most important role –making the hiring decisions. For everything else, you can rely on us.


Several basic principles
Based on previous experiences, we have come to realize that to reach the mutual goal of hiring the best candidate, it is necessary to  follow several basic principles and procedures. By following these principles, matters not what specific industry you compete in, or how different your company culture may be to other companies.


Old „approved“ rules might not be the best
What is important is to offer you, our client, the most appropriate solution based on the given position, type of company, and your company’s current situation in the market. We prefer to structure new approaches, which are appropriate for certain environments and develop tools for effective process control.


Initial time investment in setting the cooperation is Important
Most important for us, is to be clear right from the beginning.  That is, what are your needs and expectations. This helps us fully comprehend what you need and adjust to the way you work. It also allows us to set straight rules for our cooperation. Equally, it is important to us to initiate a relationship on a human level, to harmonize communication and to establish mutual trust and a foundation for pleasant cooperation.


Communication and fair acting
We respect our clients and their opinions. The fact that we respect them does not mean that we must always agree. However, setting realistic expectations, fair evaluation of options, and true, even if critical, mutual feed-back are the bases of a healthy and mutual successful cooperation.
