Dynamic Corporate Finance professional required to assist in growing the department. The focus of the work will be in business development – identifying business opportunities to turn them into fee-paying mandates. To achieve this, the candidate will be expected to use his/her own knowledge of the Czech market and business contacts, as well as utilizing our company's extensive internal and external network and its large research capabilities. The candidate will be expected to manage and direct junior staff to assist him/her.

In addition to the above, the candidate will also have the ability to execute corporate finance mandates, be they on the sales-side, buy-side or other corporate finance work as the case may be.

The division of Corporate Finance offers a full range of M&A, Valuation and Financing (debt advisory, PPP’s etc.) services.

§  ability to interface with top client decision-makers and originate business

§  university level, any professional qualification an advantage

§  minimum 8 years of professional experience

§  extensive experience of M&A advisory

§  experience of preparing proposals and presenting them to clients

§  experience of managing full transaction process - preparation of Information Memoranda, valuations, negotiations, due diligence processes, deal closings

§  Czech or Slovak native, English fluent (both spoken and written)

§  excellent Microsoft Office skills

§  confident, well presented, impeccable business ethics, team player, persistent, motivated
