Our client is a BIG 4 consulting company, seeking restructuring / business turnaround expert to manage and direct the efforts of the Restructuring service in Prague.

The company is engaged with some very large Debt and insolvency cases between banks, and their corporate client executive boards and corporate shareholders.

The client is seeking to hire an experienced Director /Senior Manager level professional to negotiate settlements with decision makers from the participating parties at the highest levels

The successful candidate will be required to lead “Debt restructuring” engagements and major assignments across the Czech Republic.

We are seeking a candidate with some or all of the following background and experience at Senior executive level:

-Experience in broking financial deals at senior level between third parties

-Experience in financial restructuring of debt in banking and /or in companies

-Experience communicating at the highest levels with Banking and Financial institutions in the Czech Republic

-Experience in working with bank directors and shareholders and company board directors to reach a successful negotiated outcome for all parties

-Ability to work closely with our client’s international fraud and forensics team to resolve bank, shareholder and company debt problems 

Partnership -Career Goal

Following an initial period of 3-4 years and based upon meeting KPI’s and set business goals, the successful candidate will be eligible for “fast track” promotion to Partner level in Prague (An accounting qualification is not required).
