Our client is a major shareholder of a medium size production company located in east bohemia. In order to boost the sales and improve the business results,  we are looking for an experienced General manager with focus on sales and business development.

The company produces decorative luxury ware for both, interiors and exteriors. The majority of the production is exported to various foreign markets.  The main task of this position will be to implement sales and customer service processes, hire quality sales team and lead the sales initiatives.

·         Overall company management

·         Key player in maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of a business

·         Dealing with clients located across the globe

·         New accounts acquisition

·         Dealing with suppliers

·         Supervise direct reports – sales, finance, purchasing  and production directors

·         Reporting to Shareholders

The ideal candidate will have an experience from a similar position. Strong sales skills, result and customer orientation and advanced knowledge of English is mandatory.

A successful candidate will have superior leadership skills, work well with a team and have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. The candidate must have superior decision-making skills, problem-solving skills and conflict-management abilities. He must have the ability to get quickly acquainted with the company, its culture and its products and services.
