We are ready to present references upon request, but as the key value of our company is confidentiality, we prefer not to use clients’ names for marketing purposes.

The following cases represent samples of assignments we have successfully completed as well as the untraditional approach of ours that solves our clients’ situations in an efficient and timely manner.

Success story 1

In the spring of 2011 a German manufacturing conglomerate had an urgent need to find a replacement for its Managing Director at one of their plants in the Czech Republic.

The assignment:

The Vice-president leading this particular division contacted us and gave us the brief: currently there are two Managing Directors running the plant with a co-heading system, one Czech and one German. The Czech manager, responsible for finance, logistics, purchasing, IT and HR was willing to step down from his position due to personal reasons and needed to be replaced.

Success story 2

In the summer of 2010 our client, a major private equity group, was preparing to participate in the privatization of one of the largest regional aerospace manufacturers and was in need of a future CFO.

The Assignment

To find an experienced CFO with a big manufacturing background, who would not mind being relocated to a remote part of eastern Europe.

Success story 3

In the fall of 2008 a reputable British architectural studio had a major project in the pipeline and was missing a Senior Project Manager for its Prague office.
Their provider at the time, a traditional recruiting agency, had not managed to supply a single acceptable candidate.  After presenting our approach and solution, KRAJÍČEK & ASSOCIATES was retained to satisfy the client’s specific hiring needs.

The Assignment

We were assigned to find a highly qualified senior project manager with a strong architectural background and long-term project management experience on projects of similar size and importance to our client´s work.
